Well, the beginning of the week I was planning on sending greetings to my “mothers” when mother’s day came. Email seems to be the form in which most communication happens, and that was the plan.
Still is for some. But as the week progressed, I was able to arrange to attend a Mother’s day tea in Assiniboia with my mother. Then I will head to Regina with Cynthia and meet up with her mother.
And so, in some ways, today is mother’s day! To mom Cooper, I also send my greetings and appreciation for her part in my life.
