A few days ago I was labelled a senior.
Not that I really mind. I am into my 50’s. But then, I’m not 93, like one of my friends.
I guess I still figure being over 60 is senior. Or even over 65. At least I can get a pension at that age.
So what does "seniorism" bring? A slower lifestyle — you can’t go as fast as you used to even if you wanted to. A mature approach — some people call this getting ripe. A heightened sensitivity — there’s more points of pain the older you get.
OK, so that doesn’t sound so good. But, deep down I actually like my age and my skin. Now, if I could just get more hair!
