Japan thoughts!

From 1:30 – 3:00 this afternoon we met with Don and Carol Love.  They are missionaries in Japan — home for a year while Don teaches at our Canadian Bible College, and Carol works with accounting assignments for the mission.

We’ll be working with the Loves to link to Japan.  Perhaps there are ways in which we can be helpful to them, and ways in which they can benefit us.

The most interesting “take-away”?

We are not far from being like Japan.  A younger generation that doesn’t have any religious loyalties.  A psyche within those under 30 that doesn’t comprehend the story of Jesus.  A culture that is changing.

The whole world is a stage — amazing how much of the props and the actors are the same which ever country you end up in!!
